1. Coolant is below the scale mark

2. The cooling fan belt is faulty
If the fan speed is not enough, the cold air flow of the water tank will be too low, and if the pump speed is not enough, the circulation speed of the coolant will be too slow.
3. The thermal curtain is not opened
Friends who are equipped with thermal insulation curtain in front of the water tank do not open the thermal insulation curtain for ventilation and cooling when the water temperature rises, which is easy to be ignored by friends who often travel to the north in winter.
4. Water tank pipe blocked
Blockage of water pipes in the water tank will reduce the section of water pipes, reduce the efficiency of water circulation, and increase the pressure of water supply pipes, which will cause water leakage in the water tank. After water drainage, the water volume will decrease, resulting in overheating of the engine.

5. Thermostat failure
The failure or function attenuation of the thermostat after long-term use makes the opening of the valve smaller, resulting in slow or even interruption of water circulation, and then leads to high engine water temperature.
6. Water pump failure
If the truck does not add antifreeze in cold weather, the water in the water pump will easily freeze and the pump impeller will not turn. When starting the vehicle, the belt forces the water pump to rotate, which is easy to cause damage to the water pump.
